Information on the National LGBT health summit
The LGBT Health Summit was the first event in the UK which aims to bring together substantive contributions from all four groups in the LGBT phrase. The event is targeted at those working in the voluntary, statutory and private sector with issues relating to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Health.
The UK LGBT Summit was founded in London in 2006 and the second summit was held in Manchester in 2007.
The third Summit in 2008 will be hosted by Bristol in September.
Each Summit has a written report to help share the learning and knowledge from the Summits with those who couldn't be there, these are published on the website.
